What to Wear: General sports gear is perfect. Leotards are optional.

 

Lunch: We will have 2 small breaks during the day. Please bring 2 light, healthy lunches with you. We operate a nut free zone! A filtered water station is available for refills in the gym. No fizzy drinks. We have a healthy lunch policy.
