3 Piece Spring Open 2023 - Bars

Why is extra training required?

The reason for extra training is that not all kids in classes are interested in competing, so it would be unfair for them to have to prepare for competition during normal class times. In addition, competition training can be a bit slow and hence the learning is not as fast as we feel it should be during normal class time.

Routines will be allocated on the first day of training and videos of each routine will then be made available for gymnasts to practice at home in a safe manner.

Training Schedule

  • There will be 4 weeks of prep for this competition.
  • Gymnasts will train on a Thursday at 4:30pm (11th, 18th, 25th April & 2nd May)
  • Cost of Entry: €50 (including the 4 training days) paid on the first day of class if possible
  • Spaces are limited on all days.
