On Monday, 31st July 2022 we will be travelling by bus to Castlecomer Discovery Park. We cannot wait!!

Please see below for all the details. We will confirm closer to the time, but not much will change from this. 

Date: Monday, 31st July

Departing from WGC at 08.15am. 

Returning to WGC at approx. 5.00pm.

Cost: €60

For Who: Kids aged 8+

Activities: The day will include Ariel Adventure, Boating & Team Challenges. It will be action packed.

Important Note: Some height restrictions exist. Kids must be 1.2m at least. This is beyond our control. Please take this into consideration before booking your ticket.

Two hours of the trip will include Ariel Adventure, so if you are afraid of heights, this trip might not be for you. 

What to Bring: Each gymnast will need a packed lunch for the park and the bus and some money for a treat at the park. 

Who is travelling: We will have a number of coaches travelling with the gymnasts.

What to Wear: A Waterford Gymnastics tracksuit & t-shirt would be best, but general sports gear is perfect also. Runners should be worn.

Please also pack a rain jacket in case the weather is not great & suncream.
