Our now annual trip to Emerald Park is almost upon us again and we cannot wait. Please see below for all the details.

Date: Monday, 24th June

Please arrive at WGC at 7.30am

Departing from WGC at 07.45am

Returning to WGC at approx. 7pm

Cost: €75

Important Note: Most of the rides at the theme park have a height requirement of 1.2m. This is beyond our control. Please take this into consideration before booking your ticket.

What to Bring: Each gymnast will need a packed lunch for Emerald Park, some snacks for the bus up and down.

We will also be stopping in McDonalds Kilcullen on the way home, so please bring money for this.

Lunch prices in Emerald Park seem to be quite expensive and lines can be long, so we feel its best to bring a packed lunch

Who is travelling: We will have a number of coaches travelling with the gymnasts.

What to Wear: A Waterford Gymnastics tracksuit & t-shirt would be best as it allows us to easily spot our gymnasts but general sports gear is perfect also. Please also pack a rain jacket in case the weather is not great.

Our younger guys will be supervised at all times as a group. Our older guys will have a bit more freedom but we will be staying in touch with them....
