Looking for a fun, active and memorable birthday party for your child?

This July and August, we are trialling a limited number of Saturday birthday party slots at Waterford Gymnastics.

Our birthday parties are a brilliant way for children to enjoy the gymnastics hall, play games, explore the equipment, and celebrate with their friends in a safe, supervised environment.

The birthday parties are only available to members (the birthday kid must be a member of WGC. Birthday guests do not need to be members)

What’s included?

Each party includes:

• 90 minutes of fun in the gymnastics hall
• Coach-led free play, games and activities
• Use of our gymnastics equipment and party stations
• 30 minutes in a designated food area for birthday cake and snacks
• WGC coaches supervising the gymnastics activities

Parents bring their own food, drinks, cake, plates, cups, napkins and anything else needed for the food section of the party.

Party format

Our parties are designed to be active, fun and flexible.

Children will enjoy a mix of free play, games, obstacle courses and gymnastics activities. The party can be kept mostly free play or made a little more structured depending on the group.

After the gymnastics section, children will move to the designated party area for food, drinks and birthday cake.

Times

Party slots will be available from 12-2pm or 2.30-4.30pm on the following dates:

• Saturday 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th July
• Saturday 1st & 8th August

Price

€250 for up to 15 children
€10 per additional child
Maximum of 20 children per party

A €50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Important information

Food and drinks are only allowed in the designated party area.

Parents must provide all food, drinks, birthday cake, candles, plates, cups and napkins.

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for gymnastics.

Siblings who are not booked into the party are not permitted to use the gymnastics equipment.

Parents are responsible for supervising children during the food section of the party.

Final numbers must be confirmed before the party date.
